Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled cleaning service clients only
One off cleanings or cleanings with more than 2 weeks between services are subject to our hourly rates. Our clients benefit from us coming on regular visits as to enable us to up-keep your home. First cleaning service is billed at our hourly rate and all subsequent scheduled cleanings are billed at a flat-rate. Maid4Condos reserves the right to charge more if your home is not deemed to be in "average" condition.
What's included in Flat-Rate "Maintenance Cleaning Service"
All homes will receive the following (depending on the rooms you chose)

Kitchen: Countertops/backsplash/stovetop cleaned (items removed and replaced). Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining. Outside of oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Inside of microwave. Complete dusting of pictures, shelves, fixtures, blinds, window sills. Floor vacuumed and mopped. Trash taken out.

Bathrooms: Tubs/sinks/chrome/countertops/mirrors/shower and glass cleaned. Toilet cleaned (inside and out). Any shelves, pictures, fans, fixtures, blinds dusted. Floor vacuumed and mopped.

Bedrooms: Furniture dusted top/sides/front (if more than 50% cluttered, we won’t be bale to clean it) Blinds, ceiling fans, vents, window sills dusted. Lampshades dusted. Any mirrors cleaned. Vacuum. Linens changed at owners request.

Living Room and Other Indoor Rooms. To include dusting of all furniture (if any surface is over 50% cluttered, we will not be able to clean that area) Blinds, ceiling fans, vents, and lampshades dusted. Glass tables and mirrors cleaned. Vacuum and/or mopped.

Hallway, Stairs. Vacuumed and or mopped, stairs dusted and any pictures shelves etc.
WEEKLY & BI-WEEKLY Flat-fee CLEANING SERVICES ( "Maintenance Cleaning"):
For those desiring to have a regularly scheduled cleaning service. The above rates are based on the home being in an “average” condition. If for any reason the home is not found in an “Average” condition we reserve the right to bill for the extra time spent.
MONTHLY-ONE TIME CLEANING SERVICES:
For those desiring to have cleaning services done at irregular intervals or on an as needed basis. Monthly cleaning services can not be guaranteed on same day each month. However, we will do our best to accommodate you. If for any reason the home is not found in “Average” condition we reserve the right to bill for the extra time spent. Clients with cleaning services with more than 2 weeks between services will be billed based on our hourly rates. Monthly client = any client who schedules cleaning services more than 2 weeks apart.

Hourly Rates: (First time, Monthly, one-off and irregular schedules)
Cleaning Products Included with Service:
$30.00/hr with a minimum of 2 hrs per cleaning
*There is a $70 minimum/ visit
Cleaning Products Supplied by Owner:
$25.00/hr with a minimum of 2hrs per cleaning
*There is a $50 minimum/ visit
* Flat rates available for Weekly and Bi-weekly service schedules
** Flat rate fee for one off cleaning service can be negotiated at time of quote
